Kristine Campbell founded Coaching Strong to help individuals across multiple industries develop careers they love. She enjoys helping clients learn about themselves, master internal stopping points, and navigate the job search process, from designing strategy to preparing for interviews. In coaching, Kristine leverages 20 years of non-profit and federal government leadership experience, including several years working in talent management and as a Leadership and Performance Coach, Career Development Advisor, and Leadership Instructor. Kristine holds a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from the National Intelligence University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. While at Darden, Kristine focused on leadership and served as the first President of the Darden Network of Executive Women. She believes everyone deserves professional joy.
