Job Purpose:
We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an intern in delivering innovative solution in GSK Vaccines.  The intern will work under the supervision of the MSAT Learning Manager and will collaborate with other functions of Innovation & Digitalization, IT, Manufacturing Support to analyse and develop a digital solution (e-form / app) to aid our employees in retrieval & change request of our learning system master data

Key Activities:

Support development & maintenance of digital solution (Microsoft Power App) for Users to retrieve and manage master data change request for the Learning System (testing and troubleshooting)
Analyse data and develop dashboards through use of Microsoft Power BI to improve visualization
Support other projects which requires automation / analysis of data
Follows established processes and uses tools and technologies that are consistent with existing solutions, infrastructure, and organizational support capabilities
Represent MSAT department as representative for various committees
Support in other tasks within the department

Proficient in use of office suite (Excel, Visual Basic, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficient in use of IT and software/systems:
– Office suites (Excel, Visual Basic, Word, PowerPoint
– Database
– Microsoft Power Apps / BI platform (preferred or adept to self-learn)
