Cathryn an Australian with extensive experience across the creative industries, arts, business, management, and education. With a design background, Cathryn brings a multidisciplinary learning approach to her work with clients. Her clients include Fortune 500 corporations, government/council, not-for-profit/social enterprises and reach into organizational sectors such as engineering, corrections, education, human resources, community services, and entrepreneurial start-ups.
She has worked internationally and delivered conference papers and workshops nationally and internationally. Cathryn is on the editorial board of the International Journal of Professional Management and co-editor of a special arts-based edition. She is currently co-authoring a book entitled The Story Cookbook: practice recipes for change Cathryn has served on various conference committees.
She was a stream co-convener for the 2016 Art of Management and Organization Conference in Bled,
Slovenia. Cathryn will co-convene a stream for 2018
Art of Management and Organization conference in the UK. Cathryn collaborates with Federation University on a series of creative professional conversations entitled ‘Shift Your Thinking”. Underpinning Cathryn’s work is a belief that creativity is the heart of human endeavor and a much-needed capability regardless of the work we do.
