SUPPLY CHAIN INTERN

Experience Freshman
Education: Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s Degree at a Chinese University for the entire internship duration. Better if MBA, MBI, Supply Chain Management or Business and International Trade related programs.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of new products in China and South-east Asia.
• Follow up the entire purchasing process of current and new clients for exports from China/South-east Asia to Abroad (supplier scouting, quotations, sampling, price negotiation, payments, goods inspection, logistics).
• Manage relations among Sales team, Suppliers, Forwarders, Customs brokers, and third-party Inspection Companies.
• Prepare marketing material related to products, including translations.
• Participate at trade fairs, factory visits and inspections within China and abroad.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s Degree at a Chinese University for the entire duration of the internship. Better if MBA, MBI, Supply Chain Management or Business and International Trade related programs.
• Based in Shanghai.
• Chinese Mother tongue or HSK 6, Fluent in English. Italian and additional languages are considered a Plus.
• Great communication skills, detailed-oriented.
• Can do an internship of at least 6 months with the possibility of becoming a full-time employee at the end of the internship.
• Can work at least 3 or 4 days per week. (No weekend)
