Your job as Business Development Intern is to collaborate with Venture’s Partnership Team to support driving business growth through lead generation, creation of a robust client database, identifying of new business opportunities, and holistic support for a wide array of business writing needs.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Assist in conducting market research to identify business opportunities in the education sector and compile database for potential clients
• Assist in developing and implementing business development plan to expand our client base
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials , sales proposals and presentations to promote our services
• Collaborate with other team members to support the overall business development efforts
• Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining client databases and preparing documents
• Support sales team in brainstorming, generating and follow up with leads, and perform other ad hoc tasks
• Support/attend networking events and conferences to build business connections

Key requirements for the role:

• Native Chinese speaker preferred;
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, proactive, teamwork spirit;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
