Intern Project Manager Assistant

Description
We’re looking for a Project Manager Assistant to join our team for:

– Assist in video project management on coordination, schedule arrangement & follow up;
– Participate in all phases of the project and make appropriate recommendations;
– Communicate with the clients with the help of the Project Manager;
– Assistant in coordinating with the vendors/subcontractors that are required by the projects;
– Responsible for project documentation management (requirement confirmation, sign-off, etc.);
– Support the Project Manager on other project-related works.

Job Specifications:

– Based in Shanghai or available to relocate for a short period;
– Confident English speaker;
– 3 to 6 months internship (part-time or full-time according to availability);
– Willing to multi-task and work independently;
– Have a positive attitude and high level of EQ;
– Passionate about video making and/or photography is a plus.
