Job Discription
Provide administration support to ensure special sale operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
1.Maintain/update office files, confidential records and contracts
2.Assist the preparation work of projects/activities such as public/staff sale etc. (data download with initial sorting, order proposal, public/staff sale floor plan etc.)
3.Tracking stock transfer program and ensure transfer note completed without
discrepancy
4.To be the liaison for temp staffs of public/staff sale
5.Manage and distribute op service equipment & tools
6.Required to work at warehouse for public/staff sale preparation & stock-take
Uniform Management
1.Seasonal order/New comer order
2.Uniform return tracking
Provide support on regular report
1.Sales/Inventory
Perform other related duties as required
Requirement
1.Education: University student or above
2.Fluent in English/Mandarin
3.Proficient in Microsoft Office<Excel, Word and Power Point>
4.Optimistic, accountable, able to work under pressure
