岗位职责概述 Position Description：

1.生成机器静态和动态模拟部件和组件Generate static and dynamic spare parts and components of machines

• 与机械纺织设计管理岗合作，生成机器静态和动态模拟部件和组件。Cooperate with Mechanical & Textile Management to generate static and dynamic simulations of the components and groups of our machines.

2.提供产品设计建议Provide product design advice

• 从工程师的角度分析产品设计，包括结构强度和完整性，可靠性，效率，材料规格，可制造性，安全性，认证和测试。Analyze design of products from an engineer’s standpoint, including structure strength and integrity, reliability, efficiency, material specification, manufacturability, safety, certification and testing.

3.提供零件/组件性能建议Provide suggestions for improving spare parts and components

• 为改善零件和组件性能提供建议，简化制造周期，降低成本。Provide suggestions for improving components and groups performances, simplify the manufacturing cycles, reduce the cost.

4.改善现有技术工艺、机器和系统Improve the existing technology, machines and systems

• 通过组件和流程升级支持现有的自动化技术。Support existing automation technology with component and process upgrades.

5.机器创新解决方案研究（自动化、传感器、机器人、计算机视觉等）Research on innovative solutions for machines (Automation, sensors, robotics, computer vision, etc.)

• 机器创新解决方案的研究：了解复杂的系统，提炼操作的功能和模式，设计一个有代表性的数学模型。Research of innovative solutions for our machines: understand the complex systems, distill the functions and modes of operations and design a representative mathematical model.
• 应用机器人技术、传感器和计算机视觉的概念，为我们的机器和客户环境中实现整个编织过程的自动化，提供研究创新的解决方案Research of innovative solutions to automate both for our machines and the whole knitting process in our customers’ environment, applying concept of Robotics, Sensors and Computer Vision

6.推动3D Experience实施Drive 3D Experience implementation

• 推动3D Experience的实施，培训研发人员，定义职责，监督其他团队的活动。Drive the implementation of 3D Experience, train the R&D members, define the responsibilities, monitor the activities of the other teams.

7.收集和评估机器开发和改进的创新想法Collect and evaluate innovative ideas for machine development and improvement

• 创新文化滋养，旨在收集和评估（和专家团队）机器改进和新机器开发的新想法。Innovation culture nourishment with the target to collect and evaluate (with a team of experts) new ideas for machines improvement or new machines development.

8.先进研发技术和设备的引入Introduce of advanced R&D technology and equipment

• 在我们的产品中实施先进的制造原则，使用创新的技术和方法来提高制造过程中的竞争力（3D打印，拓扑优化）。Implementation of Advanced Manufacturing principles to our products, using innovative technologies and methodologies to improve competitiveness in the manufacturing process (3D printing, topology optimization).

Education
• Bachelor in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;机械或电气工程专业本科；
• preferred Master in Engineering with a focus on mechanics or automation or electrical engineering, or a relevant field. 专注机械、自动化、电气工程或相关领域的硕士优先。
