About Me	Mr. John Albert Sankoh is pursuing a master’s degree at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), Beijing, China, School of International Development and Corporation (SIDC). His areas of interest in research are international cooperation, economic advancement, and financing for sustainable development (international development). His master’s thesis, Financing for International Development: An Assessment into the Impact of Multinational Corporations (MNCs) on Developing Countries, is intended to be his main area of study. He graduated from the University of Sierra Leone with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Before travelling for his additional education, he was employed as a banker at Guaranty Trust Bank SL Limited. As the bank’s Total Quality Management Officer, he was principally in charge of guaranteeing quality delivery of the bank’s products and services. He has been employed by China Civil Engineering Construction Company as an Assistant Administrative Manager. In addition, he is a youthful innovator and leader. Founder and Executive Director of the Initiative for Community Development (ICD), a community-based organization he had used to oversee a number of community projects, such as providing free medical care to those in need in an effort to improve health and lower poverty, particularly among women and young people. He has held a number of leadership positions in his country, at work, in the community, and at school. During the most recent national election, he ran for parliament in Sierra Leone, in the lower-level elections.
