Overseas after-sales engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the after-sales service of the company’s products in the local market

2. Cooperate with the sales team for customer communication and maintenance

3. Handle product failure issues and solve technical problems on-site

4. Regularly visit customers and establish long-term stable cooperative relationships

5. Participate in company product training and promotion work

6. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, native, familiar with the local culture and language (eligible for fresh graduates)

2. Possess good communication skills and strong ability to withstand pressure

3. Proficient in using office software, with good learning ability and good communication and collaboration skills

Applicants in China will receive 3-6 months of training at their headquarters in Taizhou, Zhejiang, and are subsequently sent back to their local country for work. The salary is 9-15k/month (specific communication can also be made based on actual situations)
