Job Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, committed, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

• Identify, develop, and secure business opportunities for the company through different channels, e.g., LinkedIn cold messaging.
• Identify clients’ needs via effective sales communications.
• Make professional and customized solution proposals including quotations. Conduct effective communications with clients regarding proposals and quotations.
• Be responsible for business negotiation, contract preparation, and closing deals both individually and as a team member with the potential leads.
• Create and conduct an efficient sales plan within the overall framework to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with foreign clients.Advise clients related to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore employment, payroll, benefits, company formation, accounting, company closure, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong customer orientation and sales-mindedness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional presentation, able to negotiate complex business solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Goal-oriented, facilitation, presentation, and demonstration skills.
• A native English speaker is preferred.
