When you apply for jobs on LinkedIn, some openings list the “hiring team” on the posting.

You can also do a “People” search on LinkedIn. Type in the company name + recruiter into the search bar to find the recruiter within the company. This works well for small-to-medium-sized businesses.
You can also search company name + HR to see who is in human resources within the company.
I ran this type of search for a client and mentee in the middle of their job search, and a couple of options came up.
So I visited each of their profiles and found that one of them posted openings on LinkedIn.
That’s how I discovered she was the hiring manager for the role and our point of contact.
Try doing some people research yourself to locate the hiring manager. You might be surprised how quickly you find the right point of contact.

i also, grab their attention buy interacting with their content by sharing, liking or commenting. This way, they know you before you slide into their DM. And dont wait until job searching before networking, make it a part of your routine

I think this question has been asked before, whats important is your messaging and networking skills. Always be intentional about your outreach messaging and sound genuine.
