When you apply for jobs on LinkedIn, some openings list the “hiring team” on the posting.
You can also do a “People” search on LinkedIn. Type in the company name + recruiter into the search bar to find the recruiter within the company. This works well for small-to-medium-sized businesses.

First of all, I think LinkedIn is a great platform and have had a lot of random people reach out to offer help. I’ve also gotten work through connections. I believe a large network is good because you will come up higher in searches as a first, second or third connection.
